Arrow is looking for an Italian qualified lawyer with a minimum of three year’s post qualification experience to join its legal team based at its European head office in the greater Frankfurt area. The successful candidate will work with other Arrow lawyers advising on a wide variety of commercial transactions and a plethora of ad hoc in-house issues.
The role, which envisages a wide range of legal issues relevant to Arrow EMEA’s (and specially Italy's) business, is highly commercial, but with strong intellectual and legal accuracy.
The ability to influence at a senior level is important, as well as sound commercial judgement and the ability to apply legal principles to identify options and make recommendations in a very international environment. The candidate needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Fluency in English is essential.
